Customer data

 

Personal data and purposes:

2. Contact and additional personal data (e-mail address, telephone number, gender) To communicate with each other, to address you correctly, to provide support, to inform you of changes to products/services, to carry out direct marketing activities.
3. Payment details (bank account number, VAT number) To process your payment and for VAT transfer if your company is established outside the Netherlands.

Our Webshop and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. View, modify or delete data

 

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Sterko BV would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. If you have a complaint about how we or our subcontractors handle your personal data, we ask you to discuss this with us first, so that we can see if we can resolve or adjust this to your satisfaction.
